How it works

Most home repairs are cheap when someone catches them early and expensive when nobody does. A plan puts a maintenance technician in your home on a schedule, so the small things get found while they are still small.

  1. Sign up and pick a plan

You give your address and choose a plan — that is the whole signup. The details that shape your checklist, like the age of the heating, the filter sizes and where the shutoff is, get recorded by your local team. Having them to hand the first time you speak is what makes the first visit useful instead of exploratory.

  2. We come out on a schedule

Routine visits work through a checklist built for your home: filters, alarms, seasonal checks, a look at the plumbing and the visible structure. You get an arrival window beforehand, not a whole day.

  3. Ask for us in between

Something leaking, something not working — send a request from your account with a photo. No hunting for a contractor who answers the phone, and no waiting to find out whether it is covered.

  4. See what was actually done

After every visit you get a report: each line that was worked, what was found, anything flagged for follow-up, and photos on the lines your operator marked as needing them. It is a record of the house, not just an invoice.
