Questions people ask first

If yours is not here, your local team can answer it — their number is on your area’s page.

What is actually included?
It depends on the plan and the area, and we cannot narrow it from here — the shape, though, is the same everywhere. Your operator lists every item in one of three states: included in the plan, offered but quoted separately, or not offered at all. That middle state is doing real work — “we do this, it is just not in the plan price” is a different answer from “we do not do this” — and anything outside the plan is quoted before it starts, so you see the price first.
What if I need something that is not included?
We quote it. You get an itemised price to approve or decline, and nothing happens until you approve it. Plenty of jobs fall outside a maintenance plan — that is normal, and it is better to be told than to be surprised.
How often will someone come out?
Routine visits are scheduled through the year according to your plan, and you can ask for a visit any time something goes wrong. You will always know when the next one is.
Who comes into my house?
Someone from the local team that covers your address. How they hire and vet is their own business rather than ours to promise, and it is a fair thing to ask them directly before you sign anything. What we can tell you is what happens around the visit: once it is scheduled the date is on your account, you get an arrival window rather than a whole day, and what was done is written up afterwards.
Do you cover my area?
Enter your ZIP code on the home page. Each area is run by a local operator, so coverage is real rather than aspirational — if nobody serves you yet, we will say so and take your details for when that changes.
Can I cancel?
Yes. The terms of your plan set out the notice and any remaining commitment, and they are shown to you before you agree to anything — not afterwards.
