Why we do it this way
Home maintenance is usually sold as emergencies. Something breaks, you search for somebody, you have no idea whether the price is fair, and you find out afterwards that it had been failing for a year.
One brand, run locally
Every area is a separate local business with its own plans, its own prices and its own team. What they share is how the work is recorded: every visit ends in a written report, and anything outside the plan is quoted, with its scope in front of the price, before it starts. The local part is who comes to your house. The standard is what they owe you afterwards.
The house gets a written history
Every visit is written down: what was checked, what was flagged, what was left for later, with the technician’s notes and photos on the lines that call for one. Canceled visits stay in the history too — a record you can tidy is not a record. Over a few years it becomes a dated account of the work done on your house, in one place.
What we do not do
We are not a home warranty and not an insurance product, and that difference is not a technicality. A warranty is a financial arrangement: you pay, something breaks, you file a claim, and somebody decides whether it qualifies. There is no claim here and no payout — what you are buying is the visit, the checklist and the record. Structural work, major replacements and specialist trades get quoted, referred, or both. Saying so up front is cheaper for everyone than saying it during a dispute.
